Telular Phonecell SX7P Description

The Telular Phonecell SX7P is a desktop telephone that uses a SIM Card enabling its use when no fixed land line is available.

Ideal for remote or temporary locations like building site offices, show-homes, coaches and large vehicles, or yachts and boats. The Phonecell SX7P is a dual band device, so will operate anywhere in the world a 900/1800Mhz cellular coverage is available.

The Telular SX7P has all the normal features associated and expected from a normal phone such as Caller ID, call forwarding, call holding and call waiting. The Phonecell SX7P also has a Hands-Free Speakerphone feature.

This is a dual band device is extremely quick and easy to setup and install. The inbuilt phonebook has a capacity allowing you to store up to 500 numbers.

SMS texts can be sent and received using the Telular SX7P. Text entry is made via the numeric keypad and displayed on the LCD display at the top of the phone, just as a mobile phone would do.

The Phonecell SX7P provides a basic calculator and calendar facility, has a call-minute counter, support for hotline and fixed dialling numbers, plus a polyphonic ring.

A data connection can be made between a PC or laptop and the Telular Phonecell SX7P for email and Internet access. very basic web-browsing use. GPRS is broadly equivalent to a dial up modem, so the speed is perfect for Fax sending and receipt, acceptable for email, but unsuitable but anything but very limited Internet use.
