To place an order for international delivery please email sales@devicewire.com with details on the item you wish to order and your full billing and delivery address details and a contact telephone number. One of our sales team will them call you back to process your order.
The table below shows our current international delivery charges. Each price (ex VAT) is based on shipment of a single international package for example, a PDA or smartphone on its own.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In compliance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. In the event that you cancel an order under the terms of this Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs involved plus a 15% administration charge to cover our restocking costs.
In the unfortunate event that your item is received faulty or damaged, or develops a fault within the first 14 days, we will refund the cost of the item. If you prefer a replacement product rather than a refund this can only issued once we have received and processed your return.
All items being returned must include the packaging and all accessories to enable a full refund or replacement to be made. Replacement items will incur additional shipping charges to locations outside of the UK. You will be responsible for the costs of all delivery charges associated with returning the item back to Devicewire.

A customer service representative will then guide you through the simple process. Please note that we cannot accept returned items if you deliver them to us without a Returns Authorisation number issued by our Customer Services team.
VAT will not be charged on all direct shipment orders to non-EU countries as they VAT exempt.
Orders to individuals or companies within the EU (European Union) automatically attract a VAT (Value Added Tax) charge of 17.5%. Where a VAT registration number is supplied we are able to ship goods as VAT exempt. The only countries where we can ship orders as VAT exempt within EU without a valid VAT registration code are Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar.
UK visitors on holiday from non-EU countries may be able to take advantage of a scheme. This may allow you to claim back the VAT you have been charged on goods you have taken out of the EC. For further information please check the VAT refunds for visitors from non-EC countries advice available from the HM Revenue and Customs website. VAT refunds within this scheme can only be processed once we have received the relevant customs documentation showing stamped approval by the relevant customs authority.
