"I had ordered my device a short while ago from one of your competitors who was unable to fulfil the order. A quick call to Alex at Devicewire yesterday resulted in a 'sparkling new toy' being delivered today by those nice 'City-Link' folks. This is the first time I have used 'Devicewire', but I must say I am very impressed; from a very polite call response, "nothing is too much trouble" approach, a parcel tracking number to watch its progress up the road, to a very satisfied customer after waiting several months for this Device. Would I recommend 'Devicewire' in the future, you bet I would."
