devicewire.com are pleased to be able to accept orders from international customers. To place an order for international delivery please use the form below with details on the item you wish to order and your full address details and contact details. One of our sales team will then contact you to process your order.

Shipping Charges

The table below shows our current international delivery charges. Each price (ex VAT) is based on shipment of a single international package for example, a PDA or smartphone on its own.

Prices are correct at time of print. Changes may be made prior to your order being quoted.

All carriage charges exclude VAT at 15%

1-2 days delivery to almost all European business centres
2-3 days delivery to most business addresses in the United States and all major business centres in Canada
2-4 days delivery to countries in Asia

Non-UK Returns Policy

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelled Orders

In compliance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original unopened packaging within 7 days of purchase. In the event that you cancel an order under the terms of this Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs involved plus a 20% administration charge to cover our restocking costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that your item is received faulty or damaged, or develops a fault within the first 14 days, we will refund the cost of the item. If you prefer a replacement product rather than a refund this can only issued once we have received and processed your return.

All items being returned must include the packaging and all accessories to enable a full refund or replacement to be made. Replacement items will incur additional shipping charges to locations outside of the UK. You will be responsible for the costs of all delivery charges associated with returning the item back to Devicewire.

Please note that we cannot accept returned items if you deliver them to us without a Returns Authorisation number issued by our Customer Services team.

VAT Charges

VAT will not be charged on all direct shipment orders to non-EU countries as they VAT exempt.

Orders to individuals or companies within the EU (European Union) automatically attract a VAT (Value Added Tax) charge of 15%. Where a VAT registration number is supplied we are able to ship goods as VAT exempt. The only countries where we can ship orders as VAT exempt within EU without a valid VAT registration code are Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar.
